 LIBER organises its professional work through its elected Executive Board and its five Steering Committees (Scholarly Communication; Digitisation and Resource Discovery; Heritage Collections and Preservation; Organisation and Human Resources; and LIBER Services) and three Committees (Finance Committee, Communications & Marketing Committee and Conference Programme Committee). The Annual Meeting of LIBER Participants (Meeting of Participants) takes place at the LIBER Annual Conference in June/July.
