LIBER Quarterly is LIBER's open access e-journal. As of 2011, LIBER Quarterly will be published in continuous publication, i.e., articles will be published as they come in without specific issues being identified.

The last printed issue of LIBER Quarterly was volume 17 (2007); since then LIBER Quarterly is an electronic publication.

LIBER Quarterly is always interested in publishing state-of -the-art articles about the research library, the digital library and information sciences in general.
