Membership Rates

• Institutional membership, including access to the LIBER Quarterly Online, is €350
• Institutional membership for countries from Central and Eastern Europe, including access to the LIBER Quarterly Online, is €175
• Organisation membership, including access to the LIBER Quarterly Online, is:

1. organisations from countries with a population of up to 1 million (1 unit) is €350
2. organisations from countries with a population between 1 and 25 million (2 units) is €700
3. organisations from countries with a population above 25 million (3 units) is €1400
4. organisations from countries in central and eastern Europe (half a unit) is €175

• Associate membership including access to the LIBER Quarterly Online is €464
• Individual membership including access to the LIBER Quarterly Online is €120. 

Please note that €10 will be added to all above-mentioned fees to cover administration costs. In addition, the turnovers specified above are exempt from value added tax (VAT) in accordance with § 4 No 20 of the value added tax law.
