The second edition of the LIBER-EBLIDA Workshop on the Digitisation of Library Material in Europe (The Royal Library, Copenhagen 2007), was held at the Royal Library of The Netherlands in The Hague from 19 to 21 October 2009.

Registration Fees

Payment in full must accompany registration. 

Please check whether your organisation is a LIBER or EBLIDA member.

  • EUR 250.00 for LIBER | EBLIDA Members
  • EUR 350.00 for non-members

Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday is included in the registration fee as well as dinner on Tuesday. For a guide to restaurants in The Hague, go to DiningCity.

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email.

A refund of registration fees – less 10% to cover administration costs – will be given if received by 2 October 2009. 50% refunds will be issued after that date.

Substitutions are acceptable when provided in writing prior to the workshop or at the registration desk.

An acknowledgment email will be sent upon receipt of registration. Any missing information and/or payment must be submitted prior to 7 October 2009 in order to be applicable.

The Digitisation Workshop will be held during the Open Access Week (19-23 October 2009), which aims at broadening awareness and understanding of Open Access.
