STEERING COMMITTEE - WORKING GROUPS

• Working Group on Organisation and Skills
• Working Group on Quality Measurement
• Working Group on Leadership Development

1. A meeting of the core group will be organized on 25 March in Sciences Po, Paris (11h00–15h00); the chairs of the working groups will be nominated; a plan of
   action will be defined
2. The preparation of a survey on organizational changes should be discussed
3. A workshop on Quality Measurement will have to be scheduled; a plan of action has
   to be defined
4. In autumn 2010, a round-table will be organized with key people who are interested in an international leadership development programme.

Further initiatives should also be taken to involve younger staff members of LIBER libraries in the activities of the various working groups.
